How to Do Mirror Work to Manifest Anything

If you’re ready to transform your life then the Mirror Work Method might be exactly what you’re looking for.

This powerful technique has been personally transformative in my own manifestation journey, so I’m excited to share it with you today and explain exactly how it works - with a little science and a little spirituality.

    What is Mirror Work?

Mirror work is a type of self-reflection that helps us to shift our subconscious mindset and focus on our desires. It is a powerful manifestation technique that uses the law of attraction to magnetize your desires.

By looking in the mirror and speaking positive affirmations we can reprogram our minds to think more positively throughout the day. On average you think around 90% of the same subconscious thoughts every single day.

This means, if you’re thinking mostly negative thoughts you’ll attract mostly negative experiences.

What is the Law of Attraction?

According to the law of attraction, our thoughts and emotions create our reality.

The law of attraction is one of the 12 Universal Principles, which means it applies to every single one of us. We’re all using the law of attraction all the time - we just don’t realise it. It’s pretty simple; the law of attraction states that “like attracts like”.

So if you’re someone who is extremely anxious for example, you will continue to attract anxious experiences into your life. If you focus on positive thoughts, however, you’ll attract positive experiences into your life. This seems pretty simple but it takes quite a lot of work to shift your thought patterns - especially if they've been the same for a long period of time.

So how does mirror work fit into this? By speaking positive affirmations in front of the mirror we are aligning our thoughts with our desires. This is creating a new pattern and helping you to let go of limiting beliefs about yourself.

    How to Do Mirror Work

Firstly, it’s important to note that mirror work takes time and consistency. You should practice this technique for around 21 days, because this is how long it takes for you to create new neural pathways in the brain.

After practicing for this amount of time your subconscious thoughts should shift to more positive and productive thought patterns which will in turn help you to manifest your dream life.

    Step 1:

Find a quiet and comfortable place where you can be alone with a mirror. This can be in your bedroom, bathroom, or any other private space where you feel relaxed.

    Step 2:

Stand in front of the mirror and take a deep breath. Look into your eyes and connect with yourself. Try to be present and focus on the moment.

    Step 3:

Start speaking positive affirmations to yourself. For example, you can say "I am worthy of love and happiness," "I am successful and abundant," or "I am healthy and vibrant." Speak in the present tense and use affirmations that resonate with you.

    Step 4:

Repeat your affirmations several times, and allow yourself to feel the emotions associated with them. Visualize yourself already having what you desire and feel the joy and gratitude of having it.

    Step 5:

End your mirror work session by thanking yourself and the universe for the abundance in your life. Take another deep breath and let go of any negative thoughts or doubts.

    Final Thoughts

Mirror work is a simple yet powerful technique that can help you shift your mindset and attract everything you desire. This technique has helped me in so many ways and I’m so grateful to be sharing it with all of you.

By speaking positive affirmations to yourself in front of a mirror, you can reprogram your subconscious mind and create the reality you want.

Give it a try and see how it transforms your life!
